Please use the following form to make a donation for official Freetown Police K-9 Unit items. All donations go directly to the Freetown Police K-9 Fund in order to support K-9 Koda and the K-9 Unit. This fund is used to purchase dog food, dental chews, vitamins, rewards/toys, working equipment (leashes, harnesses collars, etc.) and other working and safety equipment.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY:
DONATIONS MAY BE MADE BY CASH, CHECK (MADE PAYABLE TO: "FREETOWN POLICE K-9 FOUNDATION') OR CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE VIA U.S.P.S. FLAT RATE BOX BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE ORDER; SHIPPING COSTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED.
