New Police Station

New Station Progress

On December 1, 2018, Freetown residents voted 756 in favor to 376 opposed to fund the construction of a new police station for the Freetown Police Department. The vote was the final step of a three year long project to replace the aging and severely outdated police station that was constructed in 1977 and has had no expansion or updates since. With the project now finalized, construction will begin soon, with an anticipated completion date of Fall, 2020. On behalf of the entire FPA, we would like to thank every one who has, and continues to, support the Freetown Police.

As the project continues forward, we will continue to update this page with progress reports of the project.
